Job Description:

As a Plant Mechanic specializing in water, heating, air conditioning, sanitary, and building services, you’ll install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with teams to optimize system efficiency and functionality in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Technical System Maintenance: Perform maintenance and servicing of heating, air conditioning, and sanitation systems within buildings.
2. Janitor and Building Technician Services: Handle janitorial and building technician duties to ensure the overall functionality of the premises.
3. Coordination with External Companies: Collaborate with external companies and subcontractors for specialized services or projects.
4. Independent Repairs: Conduct independent repairs on technical building systems as needed.
5. Customer and Colleague Liaison: Act as a primary contact person for customers and colleagues on-site, addressing inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth communication regarding system operations and maintenance.
