Job Description:

As a Mechanical Technician your role involves maintaining and servicing technical building systems, specializing in heating, air conditioning, and sanitation. You’ll perform janitorial tasks, coordinate with external parties, conduct independent repairs, and act as a primary contact for customers and colleagues, ensuring reliable building technology.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Technical System Maintenance: Maintain and service technical building systems, specializing in heating, air conditioning, and sanitation.
2. Janitor and Building Technician Services: Perform janitorial and building technician tasks to ensure premises functionality.
3. Coordination with External Parties: Collaborate with external companies and subcontractors for specialized services.
4. Independent Repairs: Conduct independent repairs on technical building systems as needed.
5. Customer and Colleague Liaison: Act as the primary contact for customers and colleagues on-site, addressing inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring reliable building technology.

You will Inspire with:

1. Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology or similar.
2. Ideally relevant professional experience
3. Service and service orientation

5. On-call duty (time flexibility)
6. B1/B2 German language skills
