Job Description:

As a Facility/Property Manager in Germany, your responsibilities include independently managing commercial properties, supporting tenants, monitoring rental agreements, overseeing external service providers, preparing monthly reports, budget management, implementing tenant acquisition/retention strategies, and possessing relevant training or professional experience in facility/property management with strong negotiation skills and a sense of responsibility.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Conversion and Maintenance Coordination: Independently coordinate and supervise conversion and maintenance activities for buildings and industrial facilities.
2. Inspection and Maintenance Planning: Plan and oversee inspections and maintenance work to ensure optimal functioning of facilities.
3. Service Provider Coordination: Coordinate internal and external service providers, track defects, and manage warranty issues.
4. Quality Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality specifications and implement quality assurance measures.
5. Budget Management: Take responsibility for budgeting and cost control, prepare reports, and monitor financial performance.
6. Commercial Property Management Support: Coordinate with and support commercial property management teams in facility-related matters.

You will Inspire with:

1. Hold a relevant degree or vocational training in real estate management, architecture, civil engineering, or facility management.
2. Possess professional experience in building/facility management with knowledge of legal regulations and construction processes.
