Job Description:
As a Facility/Property Manager in Germany, your responsibilities include independently managing commercial properties, supporting tenants, monitoring rental agreements, overseeing external service providers, preparing monthly reports, budget management, implementing tenant acquisition/retention strategies, and possessing relevant training or professional experience in facility/property management with strong negotiation skills and a sense of responsibility.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Property Management: Independently manage high-quality commercial properties, ensuring their efficient and effective operation.
- Tenant Support: Provide independent tenant support, including clear communication and addressing property-specific issues.
- Rental Agreement Management: Monitor rental agreements, ensure compliance with rights and obligations, and enforce necessary adjustments.
- External Service Providers: Manage and monitor external service providers to optimize property management and facility services.
- Reporting and Controlling: Prepare monthly reports for clients using existing controlling tools, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Budget Management: Responsible for property budgets, controlling expenses, and ensuring financial efficiency.
- Tenant Acquisition and Retention: Identify and implement proactive measures for acquiring and retaining tenants, promoting property occupancy and value.
You will Inspire with:
- Possess completed Facility Management training, real estate specialization, or relevant university studies.
- Professional experience in commercial real estate management, demonstrating a sense of responsibility and strong negotiating skills
- Solution-oriented thinking, initiative and team spirit
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- Good IT skills – ideally SAP RE/FX skills as well as good German and English skills (at least level B2)
