Job Description:

As an Electrical Engineer, you will handle fault reports for I&C and electrical engineering, coordinate building technicians, supervise external companies, and support tenants. Responsibilities include commissioning, operating, and maintaining building services systems, overseeing maintenance, inspections, DGUV-V3 testing, and optimizing systems with thorough documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Fault Report Processing: Handle incoming fault reports related to instrumentation and control (I&C) and electrical engineering through the ticket system.
  2. Coordination: Coordinate activities of building technicians to ensure efficient problem resolution and maintenance.
  3. External Company Oversight: Supervise and manage the work of external companies involved in building services.
  4. Tenant Support: Provide support and assistance to tenants, including international companies and catering facilities, addressing their electrical and I&C needs.
  5. Building Services Management: Commission, operate, monitor, and maintain building services installations, assemblies, and systems.
  6. Maintenance and Testing: Oversee maintenance, inspections, DGUV-V3 testing, and optimization of systems, ensuring all processes are well-documented.

You will Inspire with:

  1. Electrical engineering training (electronics technician, mechatronics technician) with further training as a technician or master craftsman for electrical engineering and control technology or similar.
  2. Experience in the operation and maintenance of ELT or MSR systems
  3. Confident handling of CAFM systems
  4. Advantageous: good knowledge of English
  5. High customer orientation, appreciative communication with employees and customers and the ability to prioritize
  6. B1/B2 German language skills
