Job Description:

As a Plant Mechanic, your role involves maintaining, constructing, and converting technical building systems. You’ll work in teams to carry out repairs and meticulously document maintenance, servicing, and operations. Additionally, you’ll serve as the primary contact person for customers and colleagues on-site, ensuring effective communication and smooth operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance, Construction, and Conversion: Undertake the upkeep, construction, and alteration of technical building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations.
2. Team-based Repairs: Collaborate with colleagues in teams to diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot technical issues within building systems.
3. Documentation: Maintain accurate records by documenting maintenance activities, servicing schedules, and operational logs for future reference and compliance.
4. Customer and Colleague Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for customers and colleagues on-site, addressing inquiries, providing technical guidance, and ensuring seamless communication for efficient operations.
5. Coordination with External Companies: Collaborate with external companies and subcontractors for specialized services or projects.
6. Independent Repairs: Conduct independent repairs on technical building systems as needed.

You will Inspire with:

1. Technical training: Plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology, central heating and ventilation engineer or similar.
2. Experience in the field of ventilation, heating and/or sanitary engineering is an advantage

5. B1/B2 German language skills
