Job Description:
As an Industrial Engineer in Germany, you will optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Responsibilities include analyzing workflows, designing efficient systems, and implementing quality control measures. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of production systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
- Service Production Systems: Provide ongoing service and support for various production systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably.
- Repair and Conversion Work: Perform repair and conversion tasks on piping, conveyor systems, and fastening technology to enhance production capabilities.
- Metalworking and Processing: Engage in metalworking tasks, including cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components as required by production needs.
- Welding: Execute welding tasks using WIG (TIG), MIG, and MAG techniques to join or repair metal parts and structures.
- Workshop and Production Work: Operate in both workshop and production environments, managing and executing engineering tasks as needed.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality.
- Compliance: Ensure all work complies with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed records and documentation of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and modifications performed.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality assurance, to support overall production goals.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize production interruptions.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production processes and implement best practices.
You will Inspire with:
- Completed Degree or vocational training as an industrial mechanic, locksmith, metalworker or similar with relevant professional experience
- Practical experience in the field of maintenance
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility as well as a service-oriented way of working
- B1/B2 German language skills
