Job Description:

As an electronics engineering technician, you will apply principles of electronics and engineering to fix technical problems. Responsibilities include laying out, building, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying electronic components, equipment, and systems. Your work is practically oriented, focusing on developmental and production tasks, supporting engineers and ensuring efficient functioning of electronic products..

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct tests on electronic systems and components to identify and resolve issues.
2. Maintenance and Repair: Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks on electronic equipment
3. Prototyping: Develop and test prototypes of new electronic devices and systems.
4. Compliance: Ensure all work complies with relevant industry standards and regulations. Professional operation of industry-standard tools, machines, measuring and testing equipment
5. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of tests, repairs, and modifications performed on electronic systems.
6. Technical Support: Assist engineers by providing technical support and expertise in electronics and electrical systems.
7. Assembly and Fabrication: Assemble and fabricate electronic components and systems based on technical specifications.
8. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all electronic components and systems meet safety and quality standards.
9. Calibration: Calibrate electronic instruments and systems to ensure accurate performance.
10. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, scientists, and other technicians to support the development and improvement of electronic products.
11. Upgradation: Assist in the upgrade and enhancement of existing electronic systems and equipment.
12. Technical Training: Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and other team members on technical procedures and best practices.

1. Completed vocational training as an electrician, electronics technician for operating and building technology, mechatronics technician or similar. – Career changers with relevant professional experience are welcome!
2. Preferably relevant experience in the electrical maintenance of systems
3. Knowledge in the field of MSR is an advantage
4. Ability to work independently and carefully
5. Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment, sociability and enjoyment of teamwork
6. B1/B2 German language skills
